Documents required:

• Appointment Confirmation
• Application form typed and signed application form
• Two Passport size Photo with White Background
• Original passport and a photocopy of passport
  – Minimum of 6 (six) months validity from the date you start your journey, with a blank visa page to affix the visa sticker.
  – Pages showing the applicant’s photograph, details, dates of issue, and expiry.
• A photocopy of the UAE residence visa
  – Every applicant must have a valid UAE residence visa, with a minimum of three months validity from the date you start your journey.
  – GCC citizens can submit a photocopy of their valid Emirates ID.
• Original Guarantee / No Objection Certificate to travel.
• Flight ticket – A copy of the confirmed round-trip airline reservation
• A copy of the hotel confirmation letter
• Bank statement
  – For SINGLE-ENTRY submission, an original stamped 3-month bank statement of the applicant.
  – For MULTIPLE-ENTRY submission, an original stamped 6-month bank statement of the applicant showing a maintained balance of not less than AED 25,000 per individual / AED 45,000 per family (maximum 4 people)
